The garden around the house is about 3.000 m2 and is a mix of trees, vegetables, fruits, flowers, a big green area and woods. There is also a small stream that crosses the property. There is plenty of space around the garden to enjoy nature, play with the kids and/or just relax.

Parking at the house is free and you can park several cars in the inner court and one car under the carport. Next to the carport you will find a lockable storage for ski's, bikes or anything you want to have outside and lock away. You will also find a water station to wash your bike or car. The complete area around the house has an automated light system, which turns on when you move around or drive in with the car during the night.

We care very much about our guests and we care the same way about our environment. Casa Larsson has an own water dwell which comes directly from the mountain above, called Plose. You can enjoy the finest & freshest mountain water directly from the tap. But at the same time our water is also a limited resource, so we ask all our guests to be diligent with their water use. We also recommend to separate waste directly at the house, like glass, plastic, cans and paper and there is also a *compost bin* in the garden in which you can place the organic waste.

We don't have many rules, but we ask our visitors to respect the house, the nature and the neighbours. We always leave the shoes in the entrance and walk with socks or barefoot. Animals are unfortunately not allowed in the house to make sure that also people with allergies are on the safe side. And we ask smokers to kindly smoke outside only.

It's always worth to spend a day in Brixen, the oldest town in Tyrol and known for its varied character: the perfect combination of town and mountain, of culture and sport, of enjoyment and experience. Here different cultures and lifestyles meet. Mediterranean in summer and alpine in winter, that is Brixen. Find more information under: www.brixen.org
